So I have the dell inspiron n5050 with the integrated webcam. After having some problems with the computer we did the factory reset and downloaded the windows updates and all of the drivers available on the dell website under drivers. After installing all of that and restarting the computer, the webcam still isn't being recognized. I looked under Device Manager, and it doesn't show anything about a webcam, but it shows an 'unrecognized device'. I uninstalled that device and clicked 'Scan for hardware changes'. It reinstalled the driver, but then it said that it failed. I've looked online but haven't been able to find the drivers I need and anytime I do find a link, it says that the driver is invalid and sends me back to the driver page.
